Had a server tonight, Chris, who could not seem to keep his hands off his face, head, eyes. I'd like to give him the benefit of the doubt that it was allergies, but he was high as a kite. It amazes me for being a "family" restaurant you'd allow employees to behave in such a manor. Do better, set better examples for my kids so I don't have to explain why their server looks strug out.
Sat with my 3 yr old daughter for 15-minutes with nobody who greeted us. Waitress walked past us multiple times before I had to get up and complain, to which she finally showed up. I asked for the manager, a black guy walked out of the back of house with an apron on and said “what seems to be the problem?”
I said “I’ve been sitting here for 15-minutes with my little one and nobody came by with water or bread”
