Overpriced supposedly fancy food with fancy names and servers all come equipped with an attitude.

To the girl who microwaved my chicken noodle soup it was the perfect temperature unfortunately it wasn’t outside and the wait was 10-15 minutes at the drive through window.

This location has really gone down. Every time I order/doordash something is missing. Straws are never given. The way the food is thrown together sloppy and necessary things are missing suggestes no one cares.

Great Panera location. Food is consistently delicious and the establishment is kept tidy. HVAC can get overwhelming at certain tables.

Drive thru took around 30 minutes. What kind of drove thru takes this long? We also had an online order pick up. If you want to order online and pick up in the drive thru, save yourself some time and don’t do it. Pick it up in store instead.

had a very disappointing experience at the Panera in Mechanicsville (23111) on Tuesday night around 8:30 PM. I went through the drive-thru and was given the wrong item by a young employee. When I tried to get her attention to correct the mistake, she looked directly at me and then turned away. I waited, thinking she might be getting help, but instead, she began mopping.
I honked my horn politely to get someone’s attention, and another teenage employee briefly looked out, saw me, and also walked away without assisting. After honking again, a young woman named Bethany finally came to the window. She was kind, professional, and immediately resolved the issue. I truly appreciated her excellent service and made sure to let her know.
Unfortunately, the behavior of the other employees was completely unacceptable, and I felt they lacked the basic courtesy and professionalism expected in customer service roles. I called the store afterward to speak with the manager and express both my concerns and appreciation for Bethany. However, the person who answered claimed to be the manager but refused to give her name, which I found very unprofessional.
Based on this experience, I will not be returning to this location, and I would caution others from going there as well.
What a dump. Smells funny, the tablet thing failed to work, they are slow.
Always on point.
Horrible horrible takeout. Their salads when you DoorDash are always bad but this is ridiculous. I’m so sick of how nasty and small their salads are. No one wants old cucumbers, end salad pieces, and old lettuce. I don’t advise anyone do takeout ever!
We just ate breakfast at the Mechanicsville Panera. I won't be going there again anytime soon. My wife and I both got a bacon, egg and cheese bagel. The sandwiches were $7.00 each. It was pathetic. Looks nothing like in the pictures. The egg wasn't even 1/4 inch thick and covered less than half the bread. And the bacon looked like something you spread on a salad, and it wasn't even enough to taste it. Its just not worth the money, I won't be going there again
