ordered at 6.32PM, estimated delivery by 7.30pm. App tracker not working, hotline noone pick up. Currently, 8.35PM, dun know if order is coming, can not do anything to the order. Also not able to order other as already order quite a bit from Pizza Hut. Currently, have a house full of hungry kids and adults. This is how Pizza Hut made my New Year Eve. celebration. Well Done.

Pizza hut Singapore, can you please please go and do something to your website or app, it keeps closing down on its own. I just had an experience that i went to order self collect for tampines mart outlet, when my brother went there, there is no such order under his name. The staff mentioned no such order for self collect. I ordered through your website. Email also was not sent for confirmation but the payment transaction was successful as the bank app did mentioned it was completed....read full review
