We are from Virginia Beach, and this was the BEST Popeyes experience! The entire staff was nice, but the young lady at the register is AMAZING! She was so helpful and sweet. ALL Popeyes need to be trained by this store!

The food was hot however we requested spicy but got regular. The cashier was very friendly and offered coupons. The bathroom was atrocious! The toilet disgusting! No toilet tissue or paper towels.

Got the chicken tenders for 2 yesterday All 6 tenders were not even warm and were not tender. As if they had been sitting awhile. Got 2 sides, cajun fries and red beans and rice. Fries were wilted and not even warm. Seems they had been sitting for awhile. Red beans and rice were good. Bothe biscuits were hard and either over baked or reheated. Tried to contact customer support to talk to someone but had to use online chat. Would not help me without uploading copy of receipt but...
