We love going on Monday to get the $7 hamburger with fries. We go other times for breakfast or lunch also. The waitstaff are friendly, fast and efficient. The place tends to be very cold year round, so bring a sweater or jacket! They do have outdoor tables also. Never tried that though.
This was an off day for them. They were out of crab cakes, and fried oysters. I ordered the cod, which came with a side salad and fries. The menu said it was lightly dusted and came with house chips and coke slaw. Oh well. The salad was delicious, made with a nice spring mix, and cheese.
The cod was so overcooked, the crust actually audibly cracked when I broke it in half with my hands. There was no cutting possible. The fries were soggy. I would not call them house...

We came for brunch. It was really busy. We got seated right away, but it took a very long time for our food. It seems like the kitchen was struggling to keep up. The cinnamon rolls were good. I got a create your own omelette with spinach, tomatoes and feta, which was pretty good. The potatoes were ok and the biscuit was dense and not great. The waitstaff was nice.
