Had a wonderful experience! The staff was incredibly kind and welcoming, and the food was absolutely amazing. Everything tasted fresh, flavorful, and homemade. The warm atmosphere made it even better, and our toddlers loved it too, which made the experience even more special for our family. Definitely recommend if you’re looking for great Italian food!

Romas is a great place to go by yourself, friends or even a date. Their food is amazing and their customer service is just as good! The staff are friendly and on point when tending to you and others dining in. The food comes out relatively fast for a dine in restaurant and I’ve never had a bad meal come out of their kitchen. This specific Roma is also good for events whether it is catering or even dining in with larger groups. The interior of the restaurant is very nice ands it’s always a pleasure to give my business!

We held an event at Roma Italian Restaurant in one of their private rooms. The 48 guests raved about the food. We had a pre-set plated menu consisting of Lasagna, Salmon, and Fettuccini Alfredo with chicken and broccoli. Everyone loved their dinner, the atmosphere, and the service. The restaurant was so accommodating to every request. You won't believe how easy they are to work with--especially the manager, Philip Mannino. Dinner consisted of appetizers, salad, a choice of entrees, and yummy bread. We brought our own cake for dessert, which they happily served. We had plenty of time to decorate--again they were so accommodating and very reasonably priced.

We had a family gathering with a buffet style meal. Such a HUGE disappointment! Olive Garden could do better! We had option of ziti with marinara sauce or meat sauce. Um... what MEAT sauce??? No meat in either sauce! And bland! We had chicken beaten down to a pulp and dried up or salmon as an option. Passed on both. Steamed mixed vegetables were ok. Vegetables and dip - ok.
Service? The girls were very unorganized. As guests, glad we were not paying the bill because i would have said something. There are so many better options in Richmond if you want Italian food. Don't waste your time here.

Beyond pathetic for “garlic cheese bread” $8. It’s sub rolls cut in half barely toasted with a slice of cheese on it. Definitely not picking here to eat again for our family pizza nights.

This used to be a great place but, since covid its only gotten worse. Nothing is left on the table meaning zero condiments.. now. It appears they are trying to become a bar. First time ive eaten here with a guy playing a guitar to entertain and elevator music before that.. such a disappointment 😞

Roma is a gem! The food is always absolutely delicious—every dish burst with authentic Italian flavors and is perfectly prepared. The servers are wonderful: attentive, friendly, and always make the entire experience feel warm and welcoming. Highly recommend for a fantastic Italian meal! 5 stars!

Food and Service was exceptional. Team worked with us on our catered event as we did not have as many as originally planned. Atmosphere was nice.
