I have really enjoyed the reopening of this restaurant. The dishes I have tried have all been very good. My favorite dish is the deconstructed chicken kabobs. I love the salad bar and is a great price as an add on to your meal. Service has been excellent and even seen the managers checking on guests dining experiences.I have also done the take out option for the weekend specials they offer. My order was prepared and ready when app said it would be.

I love the salad bar. The items are fresh and plentiful with a wide variety. I had enough food to bring home for another meal. I ate steak, 1/2 baked potato and salad for lunch. The next day had the ribs, shrimp and 1/2 baked potato.

I was disappointed with the salad bar. The last time I went to a Ruby Tuesday it was a bigger salad bar with more variety. But this was a different one that I never went to. Everything else was good.

Miusic was loud and it needed to be a little warmer.Steak ribeye was tough -asked for medium well and it over well done- no pink.Salmon was very tasty and cooked correctlyWaitress was very good but had no help until much later in shift.

I ordered two chicken broccoli Alfredo pasta over the phone with a host by name of Amaya which was highly rude, unprofessional, and overall nasty. Asked her was there any sauce to make the pasta due to me calling the day before and the had none. She said yes so when arriving I was told there was no sauce. Not only did I waste my time and gas the establishment waited for me to get there to tell me they don’t have my food. When there could have been a simple called made saying we can’t proceed with your order due not having the proper ingredients. Now the Manger he didn’t care. He could have cared less. There are not many ruby Tuesday’s left so you might as well shut this one down as well. The wait is always long no matter if u call in or sit down. The menu is constantly going down hill.

My wife and I waited an hour or longer for some of the worst food service I've received in a long time. We paid approx.90.00 for the ribs and shrimp entree and the scallops along with two orders of potatoes skins.IT WAS HORRIBLE. I'm done with that RUBY TUESDAY location!!!!

If I could give it 0 I would I waited 35 mins for a Togo order when it should have been ready when I got there and waited another 10mins for someone to get me a red bull behind the bar bc there was no one to get
