Only reasons they are recieving a 3 star review... one, they never seem to have the drive thru open lately. Two, they can be super slow with orders when there are only 4 on the order screen on the wall. I come to this one for convenience, but it's not as good as when Jasmine & Maurice were there. Hoping maybe they can fix that soon <3

Bathroom floor dirty dosent look like it's been mopped in a week broken toilet as well. Music is wayyyyy to loud you almost not hear someone talking.

It used to be a nice stop, but the customer service with drive thru has ruined it (again). I had taken a break from this location due to low quality customer service for the cost and time spent going out of my way to stop for a meal. With my return to try again, I was met with two rude ladies telling me to do a different procedure than the app explains, which had always been confirmed by the staff (at multiple locations) as accurate for online orders. Nothing was noted to be different in the app, so I'm not sure where the persistence to tell me multiple times after I already accepted it for next time (on the first explination) came from. Their excuse was that it would take less time to "check in" at the kiosk but in reality that would have put me behind someone else who hadn't even placed their order and my order was already ready (my order was even in my hands before the other vehicle pulled up). By the time I would have waited, my food would be cold or melted. The point of ordering ahead before I travel is to ensure my food is ready before I arrive so I can pull to the window as instructed by the app, allowing me to be on site for no more than a couple minutes.

Sheetz #699 is almost always a pleasant experience. Every time I stop in at this location and Morgan is working he goes above and beyond! We need more pleasant and happy people like this in the world. Morgan is friendly, personable and very professional!

Paid inside for 30 dollars in gas on pump 7, the guy puts it on pump 6, when I go back in for some reason instead of just switching it to the right pump the screw up a second time and issue a refund, my money will be returned to my card within 24 hours. Then they have the audacity to blame me saying when I hung the pump up it kicked back, I hung up pump 7, because it wasn't working, you had the money on pump 6, as the receipt shows, so I never touched the pump yall put it on, but nice attempt at blaming the customer for your mistakes, and then the gall to offer to redo the payment, with what, my money won't show back up for up to 24 hours, bold of you to assume I can afford to pay twice. Do better sheetz, completely unacceptable

Restrooms are nasty, one stall had tolit paper and the roll was sitting on a puddle on the floor,, if they keep the restrooms like that not sure I want to try there food, left and went to 7 11, down the street, nice and clean

Got my eats, and that was that. But damn, they were cold and lacking in personality or commitment to customer service. I experienced a lack of eye contact, lack of a smile, and borderline outright rudeness. It would've been interesting to have attempted this food order without wearing pants. I don't think the woman who put my order up would've noticed. She was a joyless robot.

The made-to-order breakfast food was inedible. The bacon egg and cheese breakfast burrito tasted like it was made 3 weeks ago and heated in the microwave; the bacon inside wasn’t done. It wasn’t even worth the $2.50 is cost.

I normally love this sheetz. The cashiers are great. The last few times I've gone through the drive thru though, the attitudes of those young girls are disgusting. It's really giving this sheet a bad look. Especially the one I just dealt with 5 mins ago in the drive thru with those blonde looking straight back braids. She was disgusting and got an attitude with me because I ordered a drink yet I'm looking through the window at about 4 workers laughing and joking. So essentially she got mad because I was staring at them waiting on just a drink. She barked my price at me and then got upset yet again because I used my sheetz card. Just an absolutely awful worker. I don't normally leave reviews but those drive through attitudes are ridiculous
We stopped by to grab a quick bite. My BE&C croissant was made perfectly

I love Sheetz…. But here recently, might need to go to a different one or take a break! Drive through has been closed because of staff, I get it. The quality has some what gone down due to that. I ordered the same thing two nights ago, it was amazing. Tonight, not so much. Looks completely different. I wish I had pictures.

Place is dirty, Ordered 2 milkshakes.Vanilla and Peanut Butter. Couldn’t tell difference. Both tasted like vanilla. Ask lady who made and she snidely said ticket is taped to cup. I am from Altoona and traveling. This is not the service standard and quality I am used to.

So disrespectful, we went through the drive thru and the girl asked if we got a drink yet and we said no, then she proceeds to ask again with a rude tone and we said yes because we realized it meant order, then she proceeds to roll her eyes and walk away, would not recommend for anybody.
