Sheetz #699 receives mixed reviews. Some customers appreciate the pleasant and professional service when Morgan is working, while others have experienced cold food and a lack of customer service, with some even describing it as borderline rude. The drive-thru availability and speed of order fulfillment have also been noted as areas for improvement.
