My husband and I can to this location for a coffee, did not realize it was red cup day.
The associates were all so cheerful and smiling despite how busy they were. When customers asked for an estimate on how long it would be for their order they answered with grace, not with attitude.
I just want to acknowledge how professional and friendly they all were, despite the chaos they were working through!

I am deathly allergic to dairy and my fiancé saw them make my drink with regular milk instead of oatmilk and brought it to their attention and they rolled their eyes and dumped it out but didn’t rinse it out and I had to use my EpiPen. Horrible experience
The atmosphere was great but I had ordered in person and sat patiently to wait . After about 20 minutes I see others who ordered after me while in line are getting their drinks before me . I am unsure if there is something wrong with the system at that time because once it was brought to their attention it looked as if a bunch of back up orders printed .

Just went to pick up my girlfriend and I order. We put tuem on the same order. To the first drink being made immediately. Then it took them 10 minutes to make the second drink that was ordered. They continued to make other drinks in almost 10 other drinks were made before the second drink in our order. When I went to ask about the drink the lady gave me a very disgusted look ignored me and walked off. Both of our drinks were watered down and tasted awful.
