Just went to pick up my girlfriend and I order. We put tuem on the same order. To the first drink being made immediately. Then it took them 10 minutes to make the second drink that was ordered. They continued to make other drinks in almost 10 other drinks were made before the second drink in our order. When I went to ask about the drink the lady gave me a very disgusted look ignored me and walked off. Both of our drinks were watered down and tasted awful.

Did not have a good experience at this location. I came to this location on 8/8/2025 with my friend and her son from Virginia Beach, headed to DC. I placed an order at 11:32am which totaled $40.54. Cool. The young lady that took my order was very polite and nice. However, we either were forgotten about or just looked over. When we got in there it was about 4-5 other people waiting around. Cool, no problem. However as we’re waiting more people came in and seemed to get their items before we did. Yes, I took in account mobile orders, but no, these were people that ordered in line AFTER us. We ordered 3 drinks and a wrap. Nothing 2 difficult, however one after the other, people were receiving their items before us. I clearly thought, just like with many other establishments, it’s a first come first serve experience but than again maybe getting 2 caramel Frappuccinos and a tall vanilla bean was too much at one time. After 20 mins, we finally received our drinks after the young lady who took our order asked the guy making the drinks if he needed help and I believe told him we ordered before the family of 5 that came behind us who he had served. All in all, if you need help just say so and be mindful that people are paying for a service, not to be pushed to the side for someone else.

I typically enjoy my visits to Starbucks, but unfortunately, my recent experience at this location left a lot to be desired. The barista, Mike, was noticeably dismissive and unprofessional throughout the interaction. When I placed my order, he appeared visibly annoyed and offered no greeting or confirmation, making the exchange feel rushed and uncomfortable. When I asked a clarifying question about my drink, his response was curt and unhelpful, as if I was inconveniencing him by simply asking. Simply will not be returning to this location.

I came in today to pick up a mobile order and they were out of one of the sandwiches I ordered. I asked the cashier to possibly exchange it for another sandwich and she was so kind and helpful and I rlly wish I asked her name. Everyone in the store was professional and kind. I will be coming back again.
