I came in today to pick up a mobile order and they were out of one of the sandwiches I ordered. I asked the cashier to possibly exchange it for another sandwich and she was so kind and helpful and I rlly wish I asked her name. Everyone in the store was professional and kind. I will be coming back again.

The barista with the name tag “Tea” just made the best Starbucks drink I’ve ever had. They checked in on my order to see if I wanted more foam or milk and then carefully added the foam to my drink and it came out the best it ever has from a chain like this. Thanks, Tea!

Ordered a white hot chocolate as it was part of the red cup day and the cup was not set with my stuff, I asked about it and the guy working said “it’s tied with the drinks, but here” and slammed the red cup down.

The staff were really sweet and doing a good job, but corporate really needs to get more people there to work as I waited 40 minutes and still didn’t have my one drink order and had to cancel and leave. There were so many mobile orders and each person had numerous drinks per mobile order they were super backed up.

Perfect drink every time. Venti iced coffee with no classic, 3 pumps of caramel syrup, 3 pumps of vanilla syrup and just a splash of 1/2 & 1/2. One of my favorite summer drinks.
