“On 10/9, placed an online order and when we got home it was made incorrectly. I drove back to get it corrected (which online it says they close at 10pm) but when I pulled up around 8:50pm they were already closed. I called the next day three times to see if I could get through to someone, but no answer. So I left a VM. Didn’t hear back, so reached out to customer service online. Still nothing after two days of that. Finally tonight, I went in to see if the could still just remake the order.
Ruby and Ethan were working this evening. Ethan was reiterating that he remembers seeing something about my order and trusts me that I’m telling the truth. Also my husband’s name (account we use) is unique. So hard not to remember. lol.
Ruby was the one who remade the subs. She’s a young lady, at least 10 years younger than myself, and just her amazing customer service banter, I see her thriving in life. Ethan added extra banter “don’t mess up, she’s right there” 🤣. And just overall a wonderful experience going in to get my food remade from days ago.
As frequent flyers to this specific Subway, I’m so grateful for Ruby and Ethan for making me feel confident in the fact that I came back in to receive the product I paid for. Neither of them gave looks of “is she serious?” or give me a hard time to trust what I was saying.
