“Had an amazing visit today to my local subway. April with the pink hair was helpful, kind and fast! She made my experience from the time I walked through the door to the time I left pleasant. The bathrooms were very clean and well taken care of. I can’t wait to come back. Thanks April!“

“Had been avoiding subways for awhile because I had a couple consecutive bad experiences, but gave this one a shot because of their 4+ star rating. Turns out it was well deserved. Fast and friendly service, fresh tasting ingredients, and they were even playing some cool 80’s new wave music. Will be back!“

“Personally I never had an issues with this store and it’s a convenient location. I was a little upset there wasn’t any Italian herb and cheese bread but I’m ok with white too. Landon and Apar were really nice and my food was prepared really well too. Tastes and looks good especially after a long shift. Will come again soon“

“This is the best Subway in the area. The area is very clean and well-maintained and it is one of the few fast food restaurants I can trust. I should also mention that Sabrina and Terrence are excellent employees and provide excellent customer service.“

“I really like to get my sandwiches from this Subway location. They are always good. I wish the owner would participate in the online ordering process by honoring coupons for online orders. It’s would be easier for me than going to the location to order. There have been times that I would order food elsewhere because I can’t use coupons online here!!“

“I just wanted to share how impressed I am with the Subway south laburnum, thanks to Monty and Cierra! The store has never been cleaner, and it really shows in the overall atmosphere.

I especially enjoyed the lite jazz music playing in the background, which made sitting in so much more comfortable and relaxing. It created a great vibe while I enjoyed my meal.

Even during the hectic lunch rush, the food looks fantastic on the bar. Everything is fresh and appealing, making it hard to choose just one sandwich!

“The manager, you are so sweet. Had issues where I placed two orders because one didn’t pop up, and she handled it like it was no bother. These days people question your honesty, but I’m grateful how she handled it. God bless you , your personality made me emotional because these days people are so bitter. “My wife and I just moved to the area a few weeks ago and have been trying different food places. Today we wanted a sub and as soon as we walked in the worker Hailey greeted us with such a warm smile and made us feel very welcomed. Her customer service and her personality are very pleasant. She made our food exactly how we wanted and even gave us great suggestions! We will be returning soon.“

“I’m sorry for all these 1 star reviews, but I’ve never had a problem with them.
So I’m giving them 5 stars.
For me, they’re really friendly people. They are mostly just 2 of them working there. I usually do pick up orders and they always make my sandwich right. I frequent here, A LOT, so I’m one of their regulars.

“This is a small Subway inside of a grocery store, however don't let that fool you the ingredients are always fresh the guy (wish I knew his name) that makes the sandwiches is amazing and he moves quickly... outstanding service delicious sandwiches. This is my favorite subway...... ??“

“This shop used to be in the cafeteria, but because the cafeteria is now being renovated (Fall 2015) the shop is now a little kiosk in the passage way between Main Hospital and Critical Care Hospital. They still offer all the sandwiches and even offer them toasted. Drinks are limited to bottled drinks, no fountain. And There are no cookies at this time. Lines tend to be long at lunch since they have a limited work space and aren't as quick as they used to be.“

“The lady waiting on me she was a white lady with blonde hair she was so nice I was in a bad mood when I went in and she took the time to ask me how my day was. Bless her heart I dumped everything on her she just listened then told me thi gs would get better that meant alot! She made my sandwich great i decided to dine in and before I left she was like I hope you have a great day see you soon. That made me smile. I feel like this subway is often overlooked but I highly recommend it! Food was great and very friendly atmosphere. Will be returning.“

“Every time we order all food is as requested an filled to our liking ask for oil an vinegar the sandwich is soaked to our liking sandwiches are awesome looking the staff love their job an it shows a few of the other stores I went to do not share the same joy in their work

Dietary restrictions: If no salt they remove salt from menu if you are a vegetarian they honor your request if you want it toasted they do an if not they don't

Kid-friendliness: Cookies are at child level so kids see them I like their cookies as well

Wheelchair accessibility: Some stores offer handicap parking an some do not the store I go to does have handicap parking“

“Ernesto provided excellent customer service during my visit to Subway. He was friendly, professional, and made my sandwich exactly the way I wanted it. “This is actually just a quick shout out to one of my favorite restaurants. It's a Subway, obviously. Closest one to my office in downtown Richmond. I stop in here a couple of times a week. What I like best about it is the staff. They are all friendly, helpful, and a lot of fun. And, I am a creature of habit. I know what I want when I come in and make it the way I always like it.“

“My fiance went in earlier for lunch and brought me a sub home. I got the spicy italian with my favorite toppings. We live about 10 mins from this location. By the time he arrived here with my sub it was still piping hot, like it had just come out of the oven. I asked for light mayo on one side of the bread, some locations slather mayo on the sub and I find it disgusting. Whoever made my sub today did a fantastic job at meeting my wants and needs. To everyone complaining about them requiring masks are ridiculous. If you dont wanna have to wear a mask or prove you're vaccinated, STAY HOME AND ORDER DOORDASH. Blaming the employees or leaving a bad review bc you cant be a plague rat is pathetic. I thank this location for being mindful about the health of their employees and customers! I've always been weird about Subway since it is a hit or miss with certain locations... but yall did a fantastic job. Thank you tons! Blessed be!“

“Wow much I say this was the greatest subway experience ever. Ruby & Kiiti are the nicest people I have ever met. When Kiiti was making my sub she made sure everything was nice and perfect and Ruby at checkout was really sweet towards me. I will definitely be coming back here soon. 100/10!!!!“

“Today I visited this Subway location. The employees Rell and Tyrhianna were so sweet. We laughed and joked the entire time. They made my order with perfection. I’ll definitely be visiting that location more often. Keep up the great work y’all!“

“They no longer serve iced tea! For decades, they made great iced tea. Both sweet and unsweet teas. This is a deal breaker for me.

Parking: I came in with my crew and work trailer. I found parking easily, got in the store before 3 others, ordered for m y crew and got out quickly ,but withoutSweet tea. My only qualm today.Good service, clean, and mostly professional. The younger male employee was actively flirting with the slightly older female "Manager"'who seemed to be in charge did not curb this activity during my lunch order, but certainly waned with the next order that came in right after me. All in all, my meals were great. There is a time a place for everything. Please educate your employees. Customers and our children do not need to witness this behavior while ordering food.“

“I love this Subway and I've been to several in the Richmond area. It's clean inside, the bread, meat, and toppings are all very fresh. The owner and his employees are friendly and have a positive attitude. They don't skimp on the meat or toppings like many of the other Subways I've been to do. The owner is very personable and remembers his customer's names and what they order. That says a lot about a person in my opinion. I've always had a good experience there.

Vegetarian options: There are a few vegetarian options.My personal favorite is their Veggie Party footlong sub.“
