Employees did not have good English, very low tone of voice. Hard to understand. Ordered 1 foot long Subway Club, ask to cut in half. Went to pay was charged $13.78 for the sub. Man behind counter kept arguing even after showing the prices listed on their wall. Rather than get police envolved, I paid him. Told him I would not be back. His only reply was a shrug of his shoulders. Is their a Subway in Western Henrico were they are friendly, clean and speak english?
This one staff i meet most often is very nice but every time somebody else is behind the counter, it feels as if they're rushy and impatient whether or not there are other customers. It also seems that they open very late and close very early compared to the time that they put up on their sign. Don't get me wrong, the ingredients are great and fresh, the restaurant is pretty clean, but it's the kind of place where you'd want to leave as soon as you finish, not stick around to...read full review
