This one staff i meet most often is very nice but every time somebody else is behind the counter, it feels as if they're rushy and impatient whether or not there are other customers. The attention is bad, an employee there always has a bad face, she keeps looking at you as if you were bothering her to take care of you, the vegetable occasionally looks bad, I know how the presentation and customer service has to be since years ago I worked in a subWay branch, bad experience.
I love this Subway and I've been to several in the Richmond area. It's clean inside, the bread, meat, and toppings are all very fresh. The owner and his employees are friendly and have a positive attitude. They don't skimp on the meat or toppings like many of the other Subways I've been to do. The owner is very personable and remembers his customer's names and what they order. That says a lot about a person in my opinion. I've always had a good experience...
