Went in at 7:50 pm on 2/11/2024. Went to Kiosk to order couldn’t get anything to work properly. Figured it was kiosk so went to one right beside it. Still same issue nothing would allow me to order after viewing the menus. Went to counter told the girl I couldn’t get kiosk work. She said yeah their not working. This girl had watched me the whole time and NEVER said a word. So I ordered with her the Chicken Enchilada Burrito combo. She never even apologized for not saying anything prior to me trying to use kiosk. Waited for my order. Got it within minutes and left. Got home and saw NOTHING was correct except for my drink cause I fixed that myself. They gave me the cheesy beef burrito, double stacked taco and crushed chips and cheese dip. It was not a difficult order and the stuff they had on for toppings is nothing that I would have gotten on my order. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED! It was more goofing off than working there and I was just too tired to go back and deal with the incompetence of the girl and staff. The food was cold and I just threw it all away. Wastes my money at this Taco Bell location for the last time. Never even got a receipt. Absolutely ridiculous. The atmosphere was as if I dealt with middle school children.

I noticed on the order screen they had put a drink that we didn’t order so I made sure my significant other asked them about it when we got to the window because I didn’t want him to get charged for something we didn’t order nor want. Before he handed over his card to a worker named Kandyce he asked about the other drink and they told him “I already clicked pay” implying they couldn’t take it off our order..? I know that’s nonsense I work in food service and they could’ve easily just pressed cancel payment and took the extra charged drink off our order but she just didn’t want to for some reason. There was only one car behind us, so they weren’t very busy during this time. Just disappointed how they handled the situation. Drink tasted like watered down sprite too.

Located in Mechanicsville VA, this Taco Bell has ALWAYS had exceptional customer service! The employees are polite, accommodating, and make the overall experience exceptional!I would even be as bold enough to say that this Taco Bell has a better manners than the Chick-fil-A next-door! I have a feeling that they recently changed management not too long ago because the atmosphere of this environment is a lot different than the previous times I've gone in the past couple years. I rarely visit the inside, but when I do go through the drive-through, it's always five minutes or less before I have my food and am pulling out of the parking lot! Whoever the management is at this Taco Bell needs to give lessons to all of the other fast food joints around Mechanicsville. Whenever I order, no food is ever missing from my bag, unlike other fast food restaurants in the area. The occasional napkin is missing, but usually I am going right home so that is not an issue for myself. I've been meaning to write this review for such a long time, and was reminded when I went through the drive-through this morning for breakfast. Great job Taco Bell!

Stopped by to get something for Mt grandson after school. Staff was friendly and service was quick. Haven't been to thus Taco Bell in a long while. Definitely have stop by more often. Highly recommend going to the Taco Bell on Bell Creek Road!Parking: Plenty of parking spaces.
