After a late night running errands, my family went to Waffle House #1463 for a late dinner with 2 very hungry and tired kids. We walked in and there were no other customers at all. I asked an employee if we can sit anywhere and he said yes. We sat down and waited for 20 minutes with zero attention from the staff. There were 4-5 employees in the building, no other customers and not one employee came over to give us a menu, take our drink order or anything. They never acknowledged my family as we waited at our table. We watched a female employee go in and out the building and walk past our table several times, but she never stopped and spoke to us. My kids got restless and were so hungry that we had to leave since we weren’t being served. Your staff didn’t even speak to us as they saw us get up to leave the restaurant and didn’t speak as we walked out the door. I have NEVER felt so disrespected.
I am shocked at the audacity of your staff to flat out ignore customers and refuse to serve us for no reason. This was a major upset to my kids and a major inconvenience to my family.

Waffle House is one of my favorite restaurants. Today this location had a very, very strong mop water odor I couldn't ignore. I ventured across the street to IHOP which I enjoyed; but really missed the home cooked taste of Waffle House. Im really hoping this was a one time occurrence.

On this visit, I was very disguised because the main cook had open sores all over her lips, which is a serious health risk. It turned me off so bad, I could not finish my meal. Please call the health department om this location for allowing this to happen.
