The setting here is so gracious and authentic. It’s the opposite of a Salamander experience. We stayed in the Stallion Suite which had a gorgeous 4 poster bed and curated art. My only negative here is the food. The wine cellar is superb, but they have done away with the tasting menu and wine pairings which is a shame.
