Being from Florida, it is difficult to find oysters from anywhere but Appalachicola, which we never eat. Every time we visit family in Haymarket, we plan to eat at King Street in Middleburg at least 3 times or more because they simply have not only the best oysters, but also the best variety of oysters from cold water locations. The building itself is stunning so the atmosphere adds to the pleasure of eating great oysters. If we lived in Haymarket, we would probably go broke...
