I enjoy this Middleburg restaurant whenever I'm in town. The dishes are authentically Thai, inspired by fresh local ingredients and a wonderful heritage menu. Today I picked the Tom Yum soup (hot & sour w/mushrooms) and Summer Roll (fresh & light ginger-basil scented veggies wrapped in transparent rice w/house Tamarind sauce). Excellent!!

I recently visited Thaiverse Middleburg. The atmosphere is beautiful and probably the best part of the experience. The restaurant is well-suited for a date night or a small gathering of 3–4 people.

Came in on a Sunday and the service we received was speedy and absolutely delightful! Our food came out fast and was delicious - I had the Pineapple Fried Rice with tofu, my cousin got the gluten free chocolate mousse cake. As we were getting ready to leave, our server brought us complimentary Thai Iced Teas, and even checked with my cousin to see if she needed dairy free half and half (she did), which was so kind and truly above and beyond.
