Anna's Italian Restaurant & Pizzeria

If you're looking for real Italian pizza, this isn't the place. I'm spoiled by the real thing in Naples or Sicily, so simple, yet tasty. The photos of Anna's pizza looked promising, but alas, the taste was rather bland. A well-fermented, salted dough and a blend of cheeses would go a long way to more flavor. However, the service was very attentive. And the portions were a good size.

Very good quality pizza! Definitely recommend

My father asked for a vegetable pizza and the some worker got the pizza completely wrong and was extremely rude to my father. My dad can’t really speak english well but that’s not an excuse to be rude to someone. i’m absolutely upset because usually the service is good.

The Veal Marsala was a soupy mess. Decent veal and canned mushrooms swimming in excessive brownish sauce with no taste of wine reduction, on too little pasta. The server was told about it, and nobody bothered to speak to us. In contrast, the Buffalo Wrap was very good. This is a place where you apparently need to order from the bottom of the menu and avoid more sophisticated dishes. Over fifty dollars for two for a substandard experience is disappointing and earns two stars.

I think Anna's has the best New York style pizza in the Midlothian area! Service is always fine and good family atmosphere.

I have been obsessed with this restaurant since I was a teenager. Love the cheeseburger...there's something about a burger with mozzarella cheese! 😋 Great family and staff. Always a pleasure visiting Anna's.

I try to like this place… but been coming here for over 20 years. Not a regular there but, when I decide to go it’s a let down each time. It’s the small things that stand out to me.

Customer service from Ethan is always rushed and he carries himself as very cocky and in a rush. No sincerity, in any of his efforts.

No mention of a credit card fee, food being brought out cold, food is not good. My family has gotten several different things and it’s just so so. But the prices are EXPENSIVE!! $11 dollars for 3 cheese sticks??? Food is very inconsistent, order a small fry, one visit it will be a basket of fries, order it with a meal it’s a handful of fries. Still same price as a basket of fries.

The prices are out of line for the service and quality and consistency you receive. I will take my hard earned money elsewhere. Only reason it’s not a 1 star is the food comes out fast, but with that, your food comes out cold. It should be 1 star to be honest.
