A bit of a step up from some other fast food restaurants. I had a fish sandwich that was tasty and it was big! My husband had a French Dip sandwich and really enjoyed it. This was the first time I had visited an Arby's in the past few years...it was much better than my experiences there in the past. I'm glad I gave it a try again...and will go there again soon!

A very classy place for a fast food chain. Food was good, service was good. A nice place for a quiet lunch or date.
I saw the commercial for the new Gobbler sandwich and it looked so good and plentiful that I couldn't get there fast enough. My expectations were clearly set too high? Boy was i disappointed when I got the sandwich home. It looked absolutely nothing like the commercial, I mean night and day difference. It tasted good but the appearance was awful. I won't be getting another one based on this experience. 😤 The response you sent me to respond to another email address which is invalid only adds to my disdain to not only how you are handling this but also to the unprofessional resolve of my issue!!!!!!!

Extremely disappointed in the Deluxe Burger. The meat was burned on the outside, overcooked on the inside - white tomatoes, squished bun and extremely expensive. Definatly does not look like the burger on the menu. Don't waste your money.

The Greek Gyro used to be my favorite thing here. They must have changed their recipe cause it is TERRIBLE now. Super dry and zero flavor. Why change what is already amazing? I took away one star for service cause while I said please and thank you to the guy at the window, he just ignored me and was rude.

First off my mother's chicken tenders we're extremely hard and inedible and the jamocha shake too sweet to drink, majority of the fountain drunks needed either syrup or carbonation or both but my smokehouse brisket eas actually very good, can't attest to the rest

This Arby's location is surprisingly beautiful, featuring friendly staff and delicious food, making it a great place to eat. The high ceilings and modern architecture, along with the consistently good fast food, create an atmosphere that genuinely feels like a restaurant. I have eaten here many times and have never had a bad experience.

Drive thru probably would have been faster the people behind me got their orders first as well as 4+ people in the drive thru, nice employee's and apologetic about the wait just kinda uncalled for with 5 sandwiches 🥪
