This place is consistently excellent! The food is fresh and delicious..never had a bad meal here! And it’s the nicest family that runs it. There are not many good restaurants in Midlothian, but this place is great and never misses the mark.
So authentic cuisine and a local small business to support in a sea of un original corporate chains, the entrees prepared carefully and thoughtfully delicious and fresh! Excellent service as well.
If you are looking for a traditional Japanese restaurant experience, this is probably not the right place for you. My family did not like the food at all because some parts of it were prepared/fried instead of served raw, as they expected. This clouded their judgment. Personally, I enjoyed my meal a lot.
