Love the chicken, rice and seasoned fries---- probably a better kept secret are the donuts--- scored lower due to table missing a piece to the table and it wobbling,plus it was cold and rainy- ee had a party inclusive of several kids and was placed at the entrance of the door.

Best refried chicken in Richmond! Food is great for eat inside or to go! Favorite dish is lemon flavored chicken, onion rings, & root beer...too good! ? Not a lot of space to park but it's never too busy.

If you want to taste a well marinated steak you need to head to Bonchon for the Bugolgi beef..... Wow it's amazingly tender and very well marinated. It comes with sautéed onions and mushrooms over white rice. I truly enjoyed this dish and it was my first time trying it. I can't wait to order it again. Definitely worth the price. Go ahead and treat yourself. The steak is rib eye steak cut into small bite size pieces. You will be impressed a steak that good comes from a chain.

Overall, great experience with staff and food/ drinks were great. Good meal for me and my child.I would recommend trying the donuts as well. Food was DELICIOUS and cooked perfect.

Good food, sauce was sweet and tangy but the wings could have been coated a little more with sauce. Its unique it has a candy crunch to it almost instead of a fried crunch. Parmasean fries were good too, but wings were huge.
I feel very confident this rating is bogus. I’ve never seen a Bon Chon more poorly ran. The moment you walk through the door it wreaks of uncleanliness, my shoes stuck to the floor. There was absolutely no way I would eat from a place that was simply dirty. If this was the front of the store, I can imagine how the kitchen is kept.

The soy garlic wings are amazing, but since I started coming, the prices have gone up and the portion sizes have shrunk. Used to be a great deal, but now somewhat privy for what you get.

I had never stepped foot into a BonChon until this past Monday. We drove an hour and 10 mins to the nearest one which happened to be this location. I feel absolutely terrible I cannot remember the name of our server now that I have a moment to write this review. I am sure if you have ever visited this location you will know who I am talking about. The server was hands down the best. I am all for good customer service and he was the definition of good customer service. He joked and laughed with us and made it a very pleasant experience. My youngest daughter is picky so we already felt like she wasn’t going to like it and she didn’t. She was just sitting there while we ate. He asked her what music she liked and offered to play it for her. He even tried to sing and get her to sing along. He checked on us multiple times while we were there to make sure we were good and had everything we needed. The food was good even if it is not my typical go to food I would go back again just for the experience. I wish I had taken pics of the food to add to the review.
