Brooklyn Pizza Authority on Hull Street Rd was really good. The pizza came out hot and fresh, with a crispy crust and great flavor. You can tell why they have so many good reviews. It’s honestly the closest thing to New York-style pizza I’ve had around here, if not the best in the area. Definitely a spot I’d come back to.
Best new york style pizza i have found in virginia yet. Anyone saying otherwise clearly have no idea how terrible the general pizza place is in virginia. Beautiful thin extra large slices. I wish I didn't live almost a hour away but I will definitely travel when I can to get this.
We moved to the area in 2025 and have tried several other pizza joints in the area. We are East Coast pizza lovers and Brooklyn Pizza is spot on! Crispy bottom that doesn't sag when you fold the slice. Great sauce that's not too sweet and not too bitter. The wings were crispy and the buffalo sauce was perfect. Garlic knots were crispy on the outside with the hot soft center you'd expect. The gentleman behind the counter has been working there for over 15 years...
