Recently this location has not been as on top of it as you would expect from Chick-Fil-A. There have been two instances where we recently used the new mobile order line in the drive thru. On the first occasion, it seemed like the other line where you order with a team member moved quicker. I sat there as car after car passed by on the left side even though I ordered ahead. Secondly, this evening my husband did a mobile pick up and I ordered 20 minutes prior to him arriving and...
I’m not trying to come for this specific location but I swear every time I come here (which is often) the pieces of chicken get smaller and smaller. The one on my breakfast chicken sandwich today was 2.5 in x 2.5 inches. Which is ridiculous considering they’re getting more expensive.
It is always freezing cold if you sit next to the kids play area, but the restaurant is always clean. The food is good and the staff is friendly. Just be sure to bring a jacket, my kids know if they are headed to Chick-fil-A they need a jacket.
