What is this slop I received? This is literally what the tacos looked like when I opened up the container. What. In. The. World. Is going on in that location? The other half of my order didn’t even show up…2 thumbs down ? ?

Was so efficient and quick when it first opened; has turned into a mess. Stood in line for 15 minutes and they had absolutely nothing stocked, place was disgusting. Food tasted left out and old.

First off we visited on Friday and the order was completely wrong from what I ordered online., you would think it would be so simple. They were kind enough to replace our order, so we gave our son the wrong order, score right? Wrong! Saturday and Sunday he had stomach pain, the runs and wanted to throw up. This has never happened to us at Chipotle and I doubt I'll be going to this location again. I cannot believe whatever they served made him sick. It was a boat load of sour cream and couldn't find the chicken in there, but it's a teenage boy. So, we thought he'd like it anyways. Trust, i am reporting this to the store manager and corporate. Heu couldn't eat Easter dinner because he couldn't stomach anything and today I had to take him to the Doctor oh, did I mention that he's a organ transplant patient. So, dehydration is a major issue for us. Way to go Chipotle.Very unsatisfied customer.

Wow! How rude and unprofessional can this staff be? I will NOT be returning. In addition the quality of the food was not good, rice had zero taste and chicken was burnt.

I was wary of this location because of the bad reviews, but it was convenient today so I stopped anyway. I was pleasantly surprised! Good food (rice was fully cooked!), dining room was clean, and employees were super friendly and helpful. There were also plenty of people working (4 or 5?), so it was efficient, as well. I’ll visit again!

Hey y’all, I just went to this chipotle in hopes of a nourishing yummy meal. But my sister and I were in for a completely different experience. We walk in and already there appears to be only one worker visible in the whole store. We waited in line behind a family. The worker was constantly rolling his eyes at the family. Ok, fine. But then when it was our turn I ordered and the guy said that he would be right back, but he came back after 5 minutes… Once our orders are finished, he calls another worker over to check us out. The worker didn’t even give us the chips we ordered. But we felt too bad to say anything. We sit down to eat and both of our rice is cold. A woman who was waiting for her online order waited for a very long time before her food was even called. I turned around and hadn’t even realized a large crowd had formed around the lone worker. They were all either waiting for mobile orders or waiting to even be acknowledged. On top of that, all the sodas were watered down. The ice from the ice machine was overflowing all over the ground. Which would probably make and elderly person slip and break their neck. We could only find one table that wasn’t completely covered in food. The establishment is very messy. The staff is disorganized. I have given this location so many second chances, and I don’t even have enough time to describe those other awful experiences. One thing I will say is once my chicken was pink/raw. Would totally not recommend this location. Just take the hike to the chesterfield town center location. It’s clearly not the teen employees faults, the manager and owner of this establishment need to fix their staff and employment problems.

This’ll be fun, here’s my tail of the horror show that is North Midlo Chipotle.Thought I’d get ahead of the Thursday rush and ordered dinner for the fam via the app, placed it online at 3:40 for 4:00pm.Strolled in at 4:05 and grabbed order.Took a peak before leaving as the online worker QC program typically rides the struggle bus “one fry short of a happy meal” if you know what I mean ?.To start I ordered a chicken salad bowl, veggie bowl, kids quesadillas, and regular guacamole and chips. In the bag I noticed I was missing my extra side of guac. Worker on the line assisted me and I went on my merry way. Upon returning from home and preparing to feast I noticed I was missing more than just a side of guac. “Eek gads” I proclaimed, we’re missing kids chips and chocolate milk, salad dressing, the wife’s veggie bowl was made with white rice and smothered with a dump truck load of sour cream. I triple and quadruple checked the order, it stated side of sour cream (which was in the bag), brown rice, and light cheese. For once, the wife couldn be mad at me , I was not the cause of her hangers. Finally the kids quesadillas had two raw tortillas in place of a quesadillas, and chicken on the side because “why not?” ?‍♂️.So I reluctantly packed the bag and headed back to the store. This time around I stood in line for what I thought would be a simple “remake on the spot” job. However the female worker that greeted me, mind you this is the one that consistently has her “holier than thou” gen z attitude and this go around without her air pods, asked for my name and then handed the effort and follow through back off to the chipotlelane associate to “remake”. All the while she never once asked what was wrong with the order from the git.Now mind you, I followed back up immediately with “don’t you want to know what they got wrong before they try to remake?”, to which I was told “no they will get it”. So I said ok to myself, took a seat, and rolled the dice of life with attempt number two.Well, after 15 minutes of waiting patiently…*crickets* nothing I proceeded to verbally escalate the situation by asking out loud “has my order been remade?” At this point neither of the 2 gen Z workers at “food prep” nor the chipotlelane associate followed through with the remake of my order. Upon my verbose response the genZ associate from earlier proclaimed it was done, walked back from the kitchen to show me it was on the shelf between F-L.Now here’s a fun fact, neither my first nor my last initial’s start with any letter between F and L. Dealers choice on either name will never land you between F-L. Upon explaining the dire lack of customer service I received a response of “this issue is not my problem, I did not make this order wrong!” to which I rebuffed “you all are a team, this business is a single business under one roof, if one of you fails, you all fail”, her retort was that “I could leave the premises”, however my response was “not till I check my order again ?”.Well guess what gang, chipotlelane associate was 2-4-2 today. Consistent snake eyes ladies and gents. This lackluster 2nd attempt raised us a cooked quesadilla but we still forgot the salad dressing, side of guac, kids chips, and chocolate milk. And while we caught ourselves from slathering on the sour cream for the veggie nightmare we still chalked it full of white rice and coated it with a 1/4” thick layer of cheese from tip to stern.Any sign of hope on finishing this visit on a high note had absented from the scenario by this point. I interjected myself into the service line and the gen z gentleman, absent of hair net, who was “food prepping” or the lack there of, but thankfully with only half of the 2 AirPods in his ears approached with 1 notch less of attitude than our Gen Z professional from earlier proceeded to remake the veggie bowl for a 3rd time. The icing on the cake to this glorious dining experience was the avocado butt that was in my chips and guac. I loaded a fun pic just to share the thrilling conclusion to this dreamy nightmare.

This is the absolute worst chipotle, ordered food online and went to pick up. Was told they haven’t even begun to make my order and couldn’t even tell me when if would be made. This location is a joke, this was my 3rd attempt to do business with this location and was by far the worst.

Typical Chipotle atmosphere. Food is decent. Service was awful, eye rolling and attitude because of a gluten allergy. Clearly very enthusiastic about their job. Will find a different Chipotle next time.

HORRIBLE, came in they only had chicken, no guac, no steak, and NO CHIP. WHY ARE YALL EVEN OPEN BRUH!? The employees even gave me attitude when I said I didn’t want the bowl. Drive an extra 6 mins down the road to the next chipotle.

Well the rice wasn't undercooked this time thankfully! When I went in I was greeted nicely by a young man, but another female employee had gloves on touching her nose while her friend was on FaceTime(her phone was on the table they prepare food on?) . She was also being unprofessional (with headphones in). Another employee cursed while joking to another employee. There was a young lady restocking the beverage area who was nice. Any who do better Chipotle. Also be a little more sanitary…

So disappointed, and grossed out. Got some kind of artery or lung in my barbacoa. I know where my food comes from, but I also know there are standards for the food industry. In addition, we've received incorrect orders and experienced excessively long waits despite using the app. I think we've all had great and poor experiences at any Chipotle, so it feels like you're rolling the dice. So want it to work out and be good. But at the Midlo Tpke Chipotle, I wouldn't run the risk.

The place seems dirty. I have dietary restrictions and asked about gluten free...after a while they said they could do gluten free but looking at the prep area and how clueless they were... I took myself somewhere else to eat.Avoid this place!

I ordered pickup and decided to try out their new drive-thru. The drive-thru was unmarked driving in and no signs on the window to say I was in the right spot. It looked like I drove is to a window of a kitchen. I was ignored by multiple employees, including one in a polo (which was probably the manager). They didn't ask me to wait or give me any update for at least 30 minutes. My food was sitting on the shelf next to the window that entire time, so my burrito was ice cold by the time I got it. Which was shocking because did they use frozen food in my burrito?? The bowl we ordered had 20 beans max on top of rice, it was comically empty. We decided to not go back since I had to wait so long to even receive the order.I would say avoid this location until they have a major revamp of management.
