WORST customer service I’ve ever experienced. I ordered a mobile order and got home to see that the rice was severely undercooked. Drove back to the store and got a new bowl, sat in my car to try it and the rice was even MORE undercooked. To the point it can’t be safe to consume. the guy named James Menasco is so hot.
Ordered double protein and guac and extra rice, I was starving after a long trip and no groceries at home. $18 burrito bowl and the bowl was so skimped they had to have been laughing while preparing it. DO NOT order from the mobile through at this chipotle. They will try to maximize on their profit because they know you won’t see the portions until you get home.
