Absolutely outrageous customer service. I ordered a single pizza this afternoon (a Tuesday) around 1 pm. The estimated time for delivery around 30 mins so I know it wasn't busy. The tracker showed it was being made for over 4 hours before they cancelled my order with no contact to me. I called the store twice and sat the phone for over an hour both times trying to cancel the order as at that point I just wanted my money back. Both times I was hung up on before anyone answered after holding for all that time. Absurd that we cannot contact anyone. Even when rasing a case with their corporate, nobody responds.

Picking up a pizza here always takes close to an hour, can’t imagine delivery is any better. They give a time estimate and it’s never done within that time frame, half the time they haven’t even started making my food within the time frame it’s estimated to be ready for pickup

Trash. The delivery diver left our pizza outside of our main complex door on the GROUND! Customer service is terrible - I called and was put on hold for 20 mins the first time and when I called back after nobody returning to the phone the employee couldn’t care less.

Terrible experience at this location. The employees were rude from the start and acted like helping customers was an inconvenience. I was told my order was “coming right out,” but after waiting another 20 minutes, it still wasn’t even prepared yet. When I asked for an update, the staff gave attitude instead of an apology. The lack of professionalism and honesty was unbelievable. Overall, a very bad experience — I won’t be coming back, and I wouldn’t recommend this location to anyone.

My daughter ordered a pepperoni with added buffalo sauce on the pizza as well as wings and paid for additional ranch sauces. There was no buffalo sauce on the pizza nor did she get her extra ranch dressings that we paid for. The pizza itself was decent but not what we ordered

I ordered two pizzas from this place, And paid for extra sauce got my food with no sauce on either pizza. I called their store that same night and told them that I never got sauce my pizza and I was told that I had the wrong store multiple times. I called again the next day and a gentleman spoke to me and I gave him my order number and the reason I was calling. He took my number down and my order number down as well as my name and told me that his general manager would give me a call to refund me and I never received the call. I want my money back and I can’t even get my refund so now I have to go to my bank and get it that way thanks a lot Domino’s for poor service
