While new to Virginia, Chopped has been around for awhile. Fresh ingredients and a hand chopped salad. There are a few hidden problems. First, you will see two kiosks when you first walk in. Do not order from them. If you do you will be waiting for a very long time. In fact, after I ordered from the kiosk, 7+ people were served and seated eating before I even got my meal. First time visiting a Chopt Creative Salad eatery and WILL DEFINITELY eat there again! The service was great -- so was the food! As my friend and I decided on our salads, I asked a number of questions (about whether or not items could be left out OR traded for something else); all of which were politely answered.I chose the warm Chinese Chicken Salad with a tasty rice and quinoa base. My first visit to this location and it's been a long time since I've eaten at Chopt.The atmosphere was clean and bright: it's a self service type of dining where you enter what you want into one of the kiosks .Your order status appears on a board.They had a variety of options and I chose Chopt Crispy Chicken Ranch wrap. It was a generous size, but only had 2 pieces of chicken in it sadly.The vegetables were fresh and definitely all is made to order.I'd return. ?
