Waited In the drive thru line for 30 mins and got to the speaker for them to tell me due to difficulties with the register we aren’t serving anybody… you couldn’t come out and tell all of us when we are in a long line in the food lion parking lot?! Insane.
Do not ever go to this Dunkin if you are in Midlothian! We spent 37 minutes in line, 27 of those were after placing our order and 21 of those we were next in line. The car in front ordered what appeared to be a box of munchkins which must have had to be made from scratch. Instead of having them pull through and taking them to his car they made all of us wait! Arrive 30 minutes before closing. Look in window before going to drive thru. Display cases full of beautiful donuts. Go to drive thru, “Sorry, we are all out of donuts.”. “What? I just saw your cabinet full of donuts.”. “No sir. We are out.”. Put car in reverse, look in window, girl with garbage bag dumping all the beautiful donuts” 😢
