I have eaten at El Cerro Azul many times over the years and was always happy with the food and service. Last week I was craving a burrito, so I went in for lunch. I had a Mixteca burrito and a medium margarita. The total was $33 and ended up over $40 with tax and tip. $40 for lunch!? With prices at that level, I cannot justify going out to eat. Sadly, I won't be back for a while.
I’ve been going here for years and my family loves this restaurant. If you want to go out for or have Mexican food delivered, this is the place to go in Midlothian. They have a good assortment of dishes and drinks.
Everything was excellent. From the warm greeting we received upon entering. To the friendly and helpful wait staff. Then the delicious food, all at a reasonable price! We will definitely be back!
