As always a great meal and good service to go along with it. Unfortunately we decided to do a slightly late breakfast on Friday June 19th. To say it was crowded and standing room only would be a major understatement. Luckily for us we were already waiting inside when the rain started. Other than a 30 minute wait to be seated ( which was nobody's fault) the meal and experience was excellent. This is the 4th time we've had breakfast at First Watch and we've managed...

8:15 am on a Friday and it wasn't too busy yet. We left at 9:15 and that's when it was starting to get pretty busy. Got the mint mocha, was okay and had lots of sugar. Barbacoa Chilaquiles Breakfast Bowl had more beans than I thought, definitely good for a morning calorie start or an after workout meal. The chips were soggy but I guess I didn't know what to expect. The Traditional was good too. We day outside and had a Good uninterrupted conversation.

While the food and service was excellent. It can get very packed in here. Which is good dont get me wrong. But the noise level can be on the high side. I would suggest sound dampening the ceiling.
