I avoided Five Guys for a while because their pricing was outrageous for fast food. At one point a little cheeseburger and little fries was close to $20 after tax. However the $12.99 combo meal has brought me back.
Excellent burgers and my absolute favorite fries anywhere.
The service is always on point and food comes out fast and fresh.
Only reason for four stars instead of five is because I don't like being asked to tip for counter service. There is absolutely no reason why I should be asked to pay $2-3 for someone to spend 20 seconds pressing buttons on a screen. Ridiculous!

Our office ordered 8 different orders from the Midlothian location via the Five Guys website. Was told that the order would be ready in 10-15 minutes. I was greeted the moment I walked in and they were putting the finishing touches on our order. The lady that was finalizing our order was very nice and made sure that everything we had ordered was in the bag. Once I got to the office, everything was in the order in which we ordered on the website by their number sticker system. It was perfect and I was able to get everyone their lunches without any problems. Every single one of our orders were exactly how we had asked for them to be made. It is great to see the ladies that were working on 5/01/24 during lunch rush make sure that our order was complete and that we had everything we needed (ketchup, napkins, etc). I recommend Five Guys (especially this location) to anyone that want a good tasting burger! Thank you, Five Guys, for making our lunch meeting a successful one.
