Waited 15 minutes for breakfast, manager came out yelling be patient tone’s used on waiting customers. Will never return will also tell friends not to go to this store. Do not respect paying customers, and manger wasn’t manager like. You never know who you’re serving or waiting on. Disappointed ex customer

This place is pretty chill and laid back and the food always comes out the same and that is the way it is supposed to! Certain days are slower than others but for the most part it is pretty consistent and the staff is always friendly even if it seems like somebody might have been in a bad mood they're always quick to correct any mistake that they may have made and let's face it people that does happen from time to time because we are all human but if one is quick to correct their mistakes that makes them a good employee and you should not be frustrated at any of them at any point. This place has been here since I can remember even back to being a teenager and as always had good food!

Hardees has been bad and there is no sign of them getting any better. There is no standard to what they sell out of the kitchen, these two biscuits were sold at the same time. On burnt and the other soggy. Breakfast is the only time they are ever busy and they can't get that right. And don't get me started on them pulling cars from drive threw when nobody else is in line to keep there time at the window down. Insane!!!!

There was no paper towels and there was no ketchup. This was around noon and my fries were like they had been under a heat lamp for hours.

Avoid if you want to go thru the drive thru for breakfast or lunch. The last straw was a 12 min, yes 12 mins by the timestamp on the receipt, wait for breakfast. A basic, single breakfast order. The cashier is having everyone pull out into the lot. I ended up having to go in, have the manager pack it without so much as an apology, and it still ended up wrong.
Hint: McDonald's is literally cross the street if you really want to do drive thru.

Went through drive thru and had a horrible experience. I felt rushed over the speaker and after paying for food and getting receipt I saw where there was a mistake with my order and brought it to the windows attention and got attitude from attendant at the window and from what I believe was manager on duty because they had to give a refund. Also asked for a copy of receipt from original order and was told no, they have to keep a copy.
The food was average. The server at the window was not very friendly.

I never got to order any food! It was 11:15 and I wanted breakfast. The man who was supposed to take the order seemed not to understand that the breakfast menu was flashing alternatively with the kid's menu so I didn't have time to look. The man was short with me. I decided to go inside. There were only 2 people behind the counter. They were rushing around, never acknowledged my presence. There were 3 customers waiting inside. I understood immediately that they were overwhelmed. So I left. That seems to be a common situation lately...

Some of the employees here need to go2 the jd store with their attitudes. They wld fit in jus right. Employees acted like it was a issue cause I ask for extra icing on my order. Wen ask for more icing the employees in the back acted like it was a problem. Do yr job and do the orders like they r ordered without yr comments. Nobody has time for ppls comments. Hashbrowns were cold. They were sitting in the bin. Bacon was cold n hard. Wasn't to impressed...
