Come on hardees, this is unacceptable. I got the new $5.99 meal deal. Fries were cold and undercooked, the Coca-Cola tasted stale, and this is what i got as my double cheeseburger....i literally ate the chicken sandwich and threw the rest away. Once a year i give hardees ankther shot hoping they changed, only to be let down. Do what arbys and chickfila do...make your food MTO, with a little care. Also, go to a different hardees if you want a shake. This place never has ice cream.

Floor in the dining room was so sticky that I thought my shoes were gonna come off. Then I noticed the cock roach under our bench seat. Use to be my favorite fastfood breakfast chain but now I can't imagine eating there without getting grossed out wondering if there are roach droppings in every bite.

I went for breakfast this am and I don't know the manager's name but he did the sweetest thing, he helped a senior citizen who was in his rollater ( his walker) get back to his car. Im not sure how often he does that but it made my day to know people are still kind. Yes my breakfast was good i got the number 2 with sweet tea

Love Hardee's but their employees are not the only AMAZING PERSON WHO WORKS THERE IS DIANE BECAUSE SHE WORKS! no one else showed up and she was doing both inside and the drive through and no one texted or called telling if they were coming to work or not. Diane needs a promotion for all her work!

This is by far the worst food I’ve had in a while. The chicken of the sandwiches was burnt. Tasted and look Burnt. the only good thing was chicken tenders and the fries, everything else was fried to the point that it looked brown and overly greasy like if they had fried the chicken several times before serving it. We decided to eat in and they seemed annoyed that we were eating in there. and the wait time was ridiculous. Like I get it sometimes food needs time to cook but usually if something is going to take more than 10-15 in a FASTFOOD they let you know there will be a wait. No warning here, overall awful experience. I don’t think we will ever eat here again.

They were two older people were in the front. There was three young folks in the back they were cars wrapped around the building. There were people standing in line. The two cars behind me got served. I was there for about a half hour finally went inside and they hadn’t even started making my breakfast. The girl in the back came out and was screaming at the two elders that both had gray hair and she had to be in her 20s she was so disrespectful to those two people I canceled my order and I left. It was the saddest thing I’ve ever seen. Everybody was frustrated the customers the employees. The owner really needs to step in here and assess the situation. I probably will never return and I live right down the street and it is sad because I love Hardee’s.
This store, as far as out the window fare, beats the KFC, just across 360, Jumbo chill dogs beats Cookout, Oh & the burgers ain't SQUARE!

Waited 15 minutes for breakfast, manager came out yelling be patient tone’s used on waiting customers. Will never return will also tell friends not to go to this store. Do not respect paying customers, and manger wasn’t manager like. You never know who you’re serving or waiting on. Disappointed ex customer

Elijah has terrible customer service, by the mad look on his face and his tone, he obviously doesn't like his job. Wrong person to greet customers. Thank you to the cooks, food was hot and delicious.

This place is pretty chill and laid back and the food always comes out the same and that is the way it is supposed to! Certain days are slower than others but for the most part it is pretty consistent and the staff is always friendly even if it seems like somebody might have been in a bad mood they're always quick to correct any mistake that they may have made and let's face it people that does happen from time to time because we are all human but if one is quick to correct their mistakes that makes them a good employee and you should not be frustrated at any of them at any point. This place has been here since I can remember even back to being a teenager and as always had good food!
