I couldn’t even order the lady manning the intercom for the drive through had an attitude like she did not want us to order at all and kept trying to cut us off even though we only ordered one thing. It wasn’t close to closing so I’m not sure why they acted like one combo meal was like the end of the world. I only said hello and that was all it took. Needs new employees

Store lights on, went three drive through and no response. Parked and door locked. Manager was right at counter and didn’t come over to open. Need to post online if your employees aren’t going to be ready when showing open

A nasty attitude from the service in the drive thru. The person kept cutting off my wife not allowing her to speak. Huffing and puffing everytime she ordered an additional item.. I called and spoke to the manager he seemed genuine and cared to try to correct the issue. I hope this issue gets addressed but this is not the 1st time this has happened at this same location..
Might I also add that there were zero cars in the drive thru before or after us.

Hardee’s was just okay. The food came out warm, but nothing stood out. Service was fine, not particularly friendly or fast. The burger was decent, fries a bit bland, and the overall experience felt average. Not bad, but not memorable either.

Come on hardees, this is unacceptable. I got the new $5.99 meal deal. Fries were cold and undercooked, the Coca-Cola tasted stale, and this is what i got as my double cheeseburger....i literally ate the chicken sandwich and threw the rest away. Once a year i give hardees ankther shot hoping they changed, only to be let down. Do what arbys and chickfila do...make your food MTO, with a little care. Also, go to a different hardees if you want a shake. This place never has ice cream.

Floor in the dining room was so sticky that I thought my shoes were gonna come off. Then I noticed the cock roach under our bench seat. Use to be my favorite fastfood breakfast chain but now I can't imagine eating there without getting grossed out wondering if there are roach droppings in every bite.

I went for breakfast this am and I don't know the manager's name but he did the sweetest thing, he helped a senior citizen who was in his rollater ( his walker) get back to his car. Im not sure how often he does that but it made my day to know people are still kind. Yes my breakfast was good i got the number 2 with sweet tea

Love Hardee's but their employees are not the only AMAZING PERSON WHO WORKS THERE IS DIANE BECAUSE SHE WORKS! no one else showed up and she was doing both inside and the drive through and no one texted or called telling if they were coming to work or not. Diane needs a promotion for all her work!

This is by far the worst food I’ve had in a while. The chicken of the sandwiches was burnt. Tasted and look Burnt. the only good thing was chicken tenders and the fries, everything else was fried to the point that it looked brown and overly greasy like if they had fried the chicken several times before serving it. We decided to eat in and they seemed annoyed that we were eating in there. and the wait time was ridiculous. Like I get it sometimes food needs time to cook but usually if something is going to take more than 10-15 in a FASTFOOD they let you know there will be a wait. No warning here, overall awful experience. I don’t think we will ever eat here again.
