Fries were really good. Ham and cheese was room temperature not “hot”. One young man seemed to be trying really hard but was flustered. The car in front of me waited for a while…One worker was on their mobile phone behind the register. Not a good look when people are waiting. Inside seemed chaotic despite little foot traffic.

This is by far the worst Hardee’s ever invented my family food was wrong and not fresh. They pull us up for 15 min for the food to be wrong and cold

This store makes me think twice about eating here it is the dirtiest place there is food and trash under the back counter that has been there for days food and trash under the fry station the cover is off the drink machine and oh my god I was so gross out I wish I could talk to someone I really think Iay call the health department and ot dosen't make much since they are not all that busy after breakfast that this store shouldn't be the cleanest restaurant around

Quite possibly the worst drive through in the world. even if there’s 1 car in line you’ll still wait 30+ minutes. Same goes for inside. Could be the middle of the morning on a Tuesday and still the slowest operation in the world. I don’t understand how they still haven’t figured out a system yet. Almost every car has to pull up and wait after being in the drive through because even after waiting 30 minutes in line the food’s still not done.
And all these responses from whoever at corporate trying to “make it better” and “learn more info” and yet still the worst place to go to get food. I’ve been here over a year and it still is atrocious. What is being done to make it better? Clearly nothing.

I was at this hardees this morning to pick up my mobile order, this was around 9:30ish. I get to the window, no one is taking my order, I pull around, no one is even in the building... no one open the store this morning... so no way to even get a refund for my mobile order..
I'll say the service was friendly and quick. We were there around 8:30 on a Saturday morning with maybe 1 car in line (probably not a good sign). Remember when you used to go to hardees and get that fresh buttery golden brown biscuit, well...3 of the 4 biscuits were burnt in our order. Like this is all you do for breakfast is biscuits. Why are you serving burnt biscuits?

Three employees were there when I entered, but one soon disappeared, leaving just two during lunch hour on a Friday to take orders, prepare food, sort orders and give the orders to each customer for both the drive thru and the dining room. We ordered through the app prior to driving there, but still waited an additional 35 minutes to get our food. Frustrating, to say the least.

If I could rate this location a ZERO I would. 45 minutes for a combo meal. Extremely poor leadership, workers not making people's food but they eating their own hash rounds, no sense of urgency, awful service. Would never recommend this location to anyone.
Furthermore, the place is absolutely dirty.

This store is struggling to meet public demand. They need help. The store has not fully recovered from COVID shutdown lack of staffing and good employees don't stay long.

Stopped by for my favorite ham biscuit and coffee. Noticed cars at drive-thru were leaving after briefly stopping at order site, reason: restauant was closed and workers were inside???

This was at the drive in on 10/4/25. Waited 30+ minutes with one car ahead. Clerk did apologize for the wait said it was a crazy morning. Gravy was watery and tasteless. Not the normal service from that location.
