Its been a long time since this place has been cleaned. Shoes are sticking to the floor. A large amounts of standing water on the floor I have a picture. They have people standing in a long line waiting to get their order taken as they stand around waiting for the food to be ready for other orders. I guess that's the standard in any Hardee's disgusting restaurants and awful service.

OMG, the Bacon, Egg, and Cheese Biscuit is the best! Even the English muffin one does not come close to what Hardee's creates every morning. I do add Texas Pete to the bacon side of the biscuit. And I thought that I saw they do breakfast to 11:30. I am so there!

This Hardee’s location (Harbor Point, 13736 Hull st Midlothian) is awful.. unfortunately I’ve found the drive thru has consistently been quite slow during morning visits.. One Morning I waited an astonishing 45 minutes just for a simple bacon, egg and cheese biscuit! It was particularly challenging as I had a 8 year old with me, who even commented on the wait, saying they’re too slow. To my surprise, I overheard an employee responded dismissively, saying, “that whiney kid can shut up.” Basically telling a 8 year old to shut up! This upset me. I have reached out to the store manager and another manager, but I don’t feel heard. Their response was defiant, suggesting I was overreacting, and they even told me “if this is all you got to worry about, then you’re doing pretty good,” which is very dismissive. If you want a decent Hardee’s, go to the 11121 Midlothian Turnpike location.. they offer better service and they’re much friendlier!!

The trend of recent reviews continues. Nearly an hour to get a mobile order for breakfast. Drive through didn't move for 20 minutes so went inside. As others have noted there is water or some liquid on the floor. Long line inside too young man at front desk was zero help he kept handing out wrong orders and told me he had no idea where my order was.

Terrell was THE ONLY one there and the service was AMAZING. Of course I had to wait about 7 or so minutes. Considering he was the only person there congratulations sir you were awesome. AND he recognized I was a senior and offered a always available, senior discount!

It was an awful experience! We waited for 40 minutes for the food, we opened it and it is all wrong, sausages are burned inside the biscuits. The box had grease marks on and it looks so dirty, unfortunately missed taking pictures! We took the food back to the counter, they said can’t do anything about it, we asked for a refund they said we can’t do it since it was a mobile order. Store is super dirty unsanitary, tables and floors are sticky greasy! Never going there again! Awful cleaning, serving, wait time, customer service, even there complain phone line they are nit answering the phone!

The fries were good. The monster burger, NOT. Grilled chicken too much coating. The bread fell apart. The cooking area was cluttered and not organized. Water was on the floor like there was a leak somewhere. Would not go back.

Stopped in for breakfast and decided to leave without eating. The inside was run down and disgusting, with standing water on the floor. People had been waiting for 30 minutes for food. We have been to this location several times before and have had the same service. We will not be going back.
Unfortunately no option for zero stars. Hours say they are open but the door is locked. Employees standing inside doing nothing.

I wish i could leave 0 stars but unfortunately i had to leave something. I haven’t been here in probably 10 plus years so since ive been seeing ads on hulu i decided to give it a try again. i came through the drive thru and ordered a blt sandwich combo, a nashville hot sandwich combo and fries. they told me they were out of fries and could do hasbrowns and i said that’s fine. we pull up to the window, payed, and waited a few minutes. they came out and asked us to pull up where we continued to sit for 10 extra minutes. they came out and gave us our food which included fries for some reason. we said no biggie because we would rather fries anyways. we went home and checked the bag to see that we got two completely plain chicken sandwiches. the nashville hot had no mayo on it and the blt had absolutely nothing on it. we went back and showed them our sandwiches which he proceeded to take back and make new ones. i also heard the person on the speaker telling everyone they were out of fries even tho they gave us fries after saying the same thing. it waisted our time and their time. i will never be coming back to this establishment. i now know to check the reviews because i am obviously not the first to have something like this happen.
