From the moment we arrived, Penelope provided exceptional customer service and made us feel genuinely welcomed and appreciated. Penelope was friendly, attentive, professional, and went above and beyond to ensure we had an enjoyable experience. The attention to detail, positive attitude, and warm hospitality truly stood out. It’s always refreshing to receive service from someone who takes...
Food was very good. Atmosphere was good but very noisy. Had to basically yell to be heard across the table. Service was not that great. Had to wait about ten minutes before someone showed up at the table. Waiter couldn't answer questions about the food and drinks. He couldn't hear us because it was so loud. Greeted with a smile, seated immediately. Lisa was our server. She was GREAT, kind, very attentive but not hovering. We had the mussels, Greek oysters, and seafood pasta. All were very good, as usual. We really like the remodel job they did as well. It makes for a more intimate dining experience than the massive open one room dining room formerly did. Great job Latitudes.
