Supposed to be hot and ready, that’s a big NOPE!! Went in around 6pm February 7,2024 not busy at all, went in for a Hot&Ready cheese and pepperoni/ you guessed it nothing was in the HOT & READY case to buy. Ordered here in the past food not ready when ordered online at the time specified. It’s a shame that they don’t realize with this economy /with the cost of food the more money they lose to issues like this means less money for the employees

Horrible as usual. Been over a year since I've seen a hot n ready. I order a cheese I get quotes 20 minutes. By far the worst pizza place I've been to. And I used to work at this location and wow. " there is no way you are not getting constant complaints about this location. I was just at the location and they got pretty mouthy to me. I recorded them leaning against the counter and they tried to confront me in a very ride manor about it. They tried to tell me that I wasn't allowed to record them. I do not work for that company nor have I signed an agreement with your company. They tried to overwhelm me and control the situation. I have worked for this company and know when your employees are breaking policy. I'm extremely upset and offended at what you're company is allowing. Extreme disrespect and utter laziness. To not have a single hot n ready in over a year. This is unacceptable an ratchet. I'm upset it won't let me review this location more. I used to work for this company and this is an entire crew that should be fired. I am not thier framed or buddy like the like to pretend. And to have the balls to try to tell me I was breaking their policy by recording them. They were breaking policy by playing in their phones. I will be calling corporate on this store. Sizzling platter. I worked there.

Italian cheesy bread was average tonight. I've had way better and I've had worse. Our pretzel crust was good. Lastly our 3 meat treat was lame. Way short on toppings compared to many other times we've gotten it.

This store must be under new management! This is the cleanest little caesars I've ever stepped foot in. The employees were friendly and served my food quickly and the pizza was Hittin! I almost gave up on on this brand until I tried this Location KUDOS to the management here!

Their slogan should be "Not 'N Petty"! If you're looking for fresh pizza go to Papa Johns. Their dough sits in the freezer like a body in the morgue awaiting an autopsy and their toppings lay dormant enclosed in something like coffin for the Lord only knows how long. Yikes! Pizza was lukewarm. I thought it was supposed to go from the oven into the box; The employee retrieved mine from an incubator- at least the box was hot.Also, their customer service is akin to your long lived neighbor smiling in your face, shaking your hand all the while placing a knife slowly into your back. To sum up my experience with them in one word: ABHORRED! ???

this little squeezers is ok but you gotta have the foresight to order ahead w/ the app bc they NEVER have any “hot ‘n ready”. also everyone uses the firelane to pickup the pizza, y’all need to stop that bc the firetruck gonna ram u out the way they dgaf

Pre ordered pizza for party. And 10 mins before my pick up. They canceled my order. When I walked in and stated I was there for pick up. They tell me we canceled my order do to running of cheese for a stuffed crust. And asked do the have any pizza ready to go now. He points at 2 boxes in oven behind that look like they were hours old. And goes we only take cash. Sorry but that's a big red flag. Much less They did not call me to say we need to cancel your order. I should have used the one 8 mins up the road.
