Food was fantastic as always.. I'd never buy a draft beer from there again. 11 dollars for 1 beer. During happy hour. Only to be told the beer I picked was not on the happy hour mene.. wife's was 650 after 2 dollar discount. Drink elsewhere order food to go.

Ordered a to go steak and cheese sub and after a couple of bites I felt disappointed. The meat itself felt more like a chopped cheeseburger than ribeye steak. And lacked salt and pepper as well as cheese.

I didn’t try the pizza but I don’t have faith that Sal can get it done. I showed up before it was done which maybe they rushed it out but it also lacked crust which made me believe that my steak n cheese was more boiled than grilled. Like they made 3 orders on the grill at the same time instead of making each one separately. I don’t know if this place cares about how the order comes out in terms of taste as long as it comes out.

Won’t be back soon because somehow Wawa is better

Wow! My first time and the food was amazing! I did a carry out order and the young lady’s at the first were friendly and got me in and out quickly so I can get to my next job. Met the owners and they were very friendly too. Thank you so much, will definitely come back next time I’m in the area.

I had seen Sal’s a few times but never found the time to come by and try it till the other day and I have to say I was missing out! I snagged a ham and pineapple pizza and a cannoli to take back to the house. At first I thought the price a smidge steep until I opened the box. Pizza was PACKED with toppings! It was hot and fresh with a slightly crispy crust that had a great chew.

Very tasty. Great for lunch, dinner and breakfast the next day! The cannoli was a cannoli and also super tasty.

All in all, I definitely think I’ll be back to try some other items.

We visited today not knowing and we are so glad we found it♥️

If you don’t remember the history of Mr. Submarine and Sal’s Pizza (or IYKYK!!), I highly recommend you try it. Today I tried the Philly cheesesteak and it was just as delicious as I remember growing up. Can’t wait to try the Sal’s Pizza menu items. So glad you decided to keep both names, so that we’re know the miracle that was born here!!

How cool ? is that their kids got married and formed this masterpiece??

The atmosphere was loud only because of the bar close to the dinning area and there were loud guest. The steak sub I got was over seasoned and meat seemed over cooked. Pizzas are always good.

Take out food seems to have declined lately. Under cooked or missing ingredients.

Our favorite place, right in the neighborhood for delicious subs and pizza! I bet we order take out from them almost weekly!! Great food, great service and awesome staff! You need to try this Sub and Pizza Shop! Our family’s favorite!
