First time visiting Oceano, but it will not be our last. Food, drinks, and service were great. Lance, our waiter was excellent! Oyster Rockefeller was not on the menu, but the chef happily prepared it for us, delicious!! I think it may have been the best we ever had. We will definitely be returning.

Our server Alexandra was awesome. This was mine and my family’s first visit here and she made it exceptional. My dad was ordering a drink but they were out of most of the drinks he was interested in getting. It was all good though and he found something else.The starter we had was the three ceviche combo and that was amazing. My mom and I split the paella and my brother had some fried calamari and my dad had the cauliflower salad and fish tacos. The dressing on the salad was superb.For dessert we got a birthday tres leches cake that we all shared since our meals were quite filling. Can’t complain about a thing here and the environment and the space was fantastic and clean.Alexandra was a phenomenal server and very attentive as well. When we needed something she came back in a flash with what we asked for. If we come back… which I hope we do. We would love to have Alexandra as our server again!

Oceano has quickly become my favorite spot too eat in all of Richmond! Drinks are top notch, always! The charred octopus is amazing. I've had almost everything on the menu so far and can say, you cannot go wrong with any choice. The black cod is definitely a favorite, as well as the rockfish. If you haven't been here yet, do not waste another night wondering--just Go! Service is phenomenal, fast, and always friendly.

Just a fantastic culinary experience. I went with the shrimp cocktail, followed by two "small plates": meatballs followed by baked oysters.Everything was really well presented, and tasted great.Service was prompt attentive and jovial.Will definitely return!
