The 2 for's are more reasonable than ala carts, which would cost you at least one of your limbs. Beware the 2 for's are priced individually as well. Just at a slightly lower price.

Order 380707 was short a dipper and three bags of chips. All 4 au jus were in the bag but short a sandwich. Ordered 3 chips and they typed in apples. The dipper sandwiches we did get barely had any beef on them. We have had the sandwich at other paneras and they had adequate meat but not these:(

Challenging parking lot due to size. But a nice place.
First time ever leaving a review. But I had to. Panera is a fine chain. But this particular restaurant has the most understaffed employees, mediocre service, and incompetence I’ve ever witnessed. Even IHOP service at 11pm beats this Panera any time of day. After the first two orders (which were all completely wrong) I was irritated. But three times in a row is insane. Coupons aren’t applied correctly either. Go to any other Panera. And if you wish to hit the drive thru, you better have a long novel with you for the wait.

Great experience overall, but what made it special was being served by one of the employees, her name was Maria. We went close to closing time and she was energetic and very welcoming. We had a fun conversation while she went about her normal tasks, and I'd just like to recognize her for the exceptional service.

All I’m going to say is there is an older Caucasian woman behind the pick up counter with a nasty disposition against blacks.i say this because every time I pick up my order she frowns and and has a raised tone to her voice.when someone of her ethnicity comes in it’s all smiles and joy..an obvious difference.someone needs to talk to her and let her know this isn’t 50 years ago!
