Penn station was a staple for me and my family growing up. I haven't had it in about 12 years so I tried it today since I was close to one. I got the philly and fries and it took me back to when I was a kid. Nothing will ever beat it. The food is always good.
Great food , good service. What a difference between this penn station off of hull st , compared to the one off of rt.60 in midlothian ( went to the rt.60 one several weeks back and it was awful ) . This experience was much much better. The manager , Brittaney has always kept her store on point. I’ve seen her for years at both Penn Stations - and wherever she goes , the food and service is always great ! Will be visiting this one next time I’m in the mood for P.S.
I stopped by on my way home from work and ordered a large chicken teriyaki sub with lettuce and tomatoes to go. I got home and my sub was missing tomatoes…it’s happened a a few times but the food is always good and the issue always rectified with no problem…until tonight. When I called I had the not so pleasure of speaking with whom I found out was the store manager…her name is Riley by the way. I called to express my issue and when I told her my order and what went wrong...
