I ordered my pizza 2 hours ago (my ETA was 50 min.) and it still isn't here. they aren't picking up there phone lines and it is going straight to a call center. the call center said that 1 delivery driver called out--so I guess that means they just don't want to pick up the phones too? I call back an hour later to get a refund and the call center says that their system is down and I need to call back another time. worst service of my life. it's now 8pm, the kids are in bed without...read full review
Half the time the food is disgusting and not edible. It makes me sad because I’ve always enjoyed Pizza Hut.
Better ingredients definitely doesn't equate better pizza. I will acknowledge that it is football season and they are busy making many pizzas but don't deliver a pizza that appeared to have been cooked two hours ago. Mine was stone cold but also appeared as though it sat in a warmer for a long time. It was dry, salty, and like I said before cold. Never again will I order from this location. Completely unacceptable.
