We have pizza night once a week and usually order from here at least a couple times a month... tonight I ordered 2 pizzas. One pepperoni, one chz. They both were cheese which mistakes happen it was no deal, but when my husband brought one bag to get it replaced they gave him a bunch of crap about it and attitude about it when in reality they just should've just gave him an apology & shouldn't have messed up such a simple order to begin with. Won't be coming back now due to customer service.

Ordered a pan pizza with toppings … order was under cooked … crust was still doughy, meats and cheese not completely cooked. Called to speak to manager Nadia … she offered to remake my order no charge. Reordered tonight (1/19/2026) spoke to Josh said I only had a $15 credit and I was going to have to pay the difference …. Which is not what I was told by the manager. Went tonight to pick up order and this time it was over cooked just shy of being burnt. I mentioned that to Josh and he said it wasn’t burnt and it was free except for what I had to pay. He argued with me I asked him if he would remake the pizza and he refused saying he wasn’t going to keep remaking the pizza to satisfy me. I asked for a refund then and he said he couldn’t do that. Needless to say I left without my over cooked “Remade Pizza” or a refund. The attitude, disrespect, over and under cooked food is completely unacceptable! The health department and Corporate office needs to be made aware of this behavior and problem.

My order was wrong and I called into the store and was told I could return to pick up the correct pizza. When I arrived, my teenage sister went inside to pick up the pizza. The manager was refusing to remake the pizza at this point, even after telling us on the phone to come back and pick up a new pizza. He became irritated and even raised his voice, seeming aggressive, towards my young sister. After hearing this I went inside and tried to speak with the manager to understand the problem. He would not speak to me and explain, and when I asked who I could call to fix this issue, the manager said I can’t call anybody and that he makes the decisions. I tried reaching out online with the Pizza Hut customer support but I never reached a real agent and was not contacted about my case as I was told I would be.
