Service totally unacceptable. Female worker was very rude on the phone due to an inventory issue that has nothing to do with a customer. Ordered at 10, which is when store opened. Arrived to pick up order and door was locked so I called. Female worker never apologized for the inconvenience. I asked if she could tell me what they could fix as I had a school event statting soo . She finally settled on an order and hung up. I went inside the store. I asked her if she thought she owed an apology for her demeanor. She continued to yell and state that I could go to any store to get food and walked off. A male did come to the front in a calm manner. He asked me to step out to get the register straight; i told him no problem. I could see my name on the order screen. I waited outside. He came back to the door with a cancel receipt; no reason explained why it was canceled. Again no apology for being rude attacked or for canceling my order without notice.

Closed at 2pm on a Tuesday with no notice. Extremely long wait for pizza on a Friday night. Stated they are full on delivery drivers but have doordash drivers delivering the orders here. The guy at the front counter had the confidence of a wet napkin. There are tons of pizza choices in this area, including other pizza huts, and I can’t see a reason you would choose this one. You’d be more satisfied with lunchable

If I could give it negative 5 stars I would still think this location was overrated. After at least 20 different times visiting those location over the last few years and have an issue almost every time, not every but at least 75% of the visits, I'm amazed how this location stays open because of the level of incompetence I have encountered. I also get contacted by their corporate office and get the same bs on how they appreciate it being brought to their attention and they will be in contact with the location to make sure improvements are made and there never is.

wings were soggy with the breading falling off & our dessert was a literal pile of mush (supposed to be donut bites). disappointing.we wouldn't order from here again.

Large pepperoni, worst pizza ever. Tasted like cardboard. I asked to leave a $5.00 tip for delivery driver. They didn't. No one the guy gave me a look. He probably felt stiffed.

this place is nasty! the bathroom seems like it hasn’t been cleaned in weeks and there was a manager vaping in the store. the food itself is mid, even by pizza hut standards and it took them ages even though there were barely any orders

I enjoyed the calzone/ pizza combo. I made a mistake and ordered from the location further away from my house. But my order was hot and ready when i got there.
I’m never disappointed with the food at this location and the staff is always really nice.

Ordered delivery a few weeks ago, the driver showed up carrying the pizza box sideways so everything in the big box slid and was piled up in the corner. He forgot our dessert but tried to say it was probably under the pizza. I stook on the porch sorting it out so he could see it wasn't under the pizza because why would it be if it wasn't ordered as part of the box? So he went back to get them and returned about 15 minutes later with them. So tonight, I figured I'd order carry out so I could get my full order correctly. Big mistake. Should have opened the box and checked. The cinnamon rolls are rock hard and have no icing. What a bummer. I gave this store two tries and now I'll go back to the location that's further away but always gets the orders right!
Parking: Other than having to deal with drivers that can't park there's no issue. Plenty of parking available. Though watch out for the delivery drivers that insist on leaving their car running at the front door.

Delivery person left the pizza on the porch, never even stepped up on the porch to knock on the door or ring the bell. Our food was out there for 30 minutes before we realized the driver just left it. Pizza was cold and we waited longer than necessary. We even paid a tip for this lazy driver to do nothing at all to earn it. Will not order from Pizza Hut again.
