The service is very slow, they always look upset. Even when the shop is empty they are out of chicken pieces you have to wait 20 min for them to fry up new pieces.

The service has degraded tremendous since first opening a few years ago. It has gone from smiles and greetings to being absolutely ignored standing at the counter, to sitting in the mobile order parking space and being handed the wrong mobile order to having to go in only to find out they have never ever started the order, even after going through the drive thru to let them know own we are here. Whomever owns this location please send a bit more time accessing your employee attitude as well as their desire to actually do the job you are paying them to do. Is it to much to ask for your presence to be at a minimum my presence be acknowledged. Not worth the $35 for the aggravation.

Found a blue peice of rubber glove in our mac n cheese and was shorted on our order and didnt get the pieces we asked for.. this was the second time we have had a bad experience at this location!

Seemed like an inconvenience when going through the drive thru. Second the other review in that it takes forever to get your food, usually items are missing, and are always out of things and won’t make more in the middle of being open. Recommend other Popeye’s.

I hesitated to order pick up because my past two mobile orders have been awful.with not having orders ready at scheduled time and waiting up to 20+ minutes. This order was ready, but was incorrect. I ordered boneless wings and received bone in. Instead of 2 large sides I received two small. My order was simple and staff couldn't manage to get it correct. Corporate needs to come to this location and clean it up.

This location seems to never have enough spicy chicken strips and always seems to have an attitude accompanied by an excuse on why you have to wait so long to get your food. Most of the time you have to leave your vehicle to get your food from the drive thru…which completely defeats the purpose. Wonder why the owner of this restaurant doesn’t care about their customers and continues to allow this to happen.

Went in to get the $5 meal deal and was greeted by utter chaos. There was what I assume to be the manager running around and being so disrespectful to the other employees who were trying to ask questions and help her. Another young man was cleaning the surface area were they put the chicken and while doing so he was dripping dirty soapy water all over the French fries. All I can say is I should have went to Publix earlier to get my chicken. Sad to say but FAST FOOD IS DEAD.

4 people behind counter, not one acknowledged people come in other than a look. No smile, hello, greeting of any kind just kept doing what they were doing.
