Prairie Grain Bread Company is always pleasant and welcoming. They happily answer all of my “what are the ingredients?” questions with a smile. The spelt bread is delicious—and they even warmed up a slice for me to taste. Great customer service and great bread!
Found this gem after googling local bakeries. I was greeted with an employee holding the door for me as I had a stroller. She and a customer also held the doors for me when I left. I went on a Wednesday and they had freshly baked sourdough bread. Their bread, sandwiches and desserts are all delicious. Very friendly staff and great food - will be back!
I have been buying your spelt bread for 10 years and LOVE it . Yesterday I saw “ Cinnamon Spelt “ bread and decided to try it and it is Awesome, MUCH better than Montanna Gold!!!! DELICIOUS
