The food at Rutba Indian Kitchen was delicious, but the service fee was a surprise. They charge 20% for groups over 4 people, and they count toddlers and infants in the headcount. This wasn't mentioned when I made the reservation or on the menu. Make sure to ask about this when booking to avoid any unexpected charges.

Wow! Fine dining experience and service with very reasonable pricing. We used to drive to Richmond to go to our favorite Indian restaurant but luckily this gem opened up down the road. By far our favorite Indian restaurant in the area. The best part is the prices are less than our previous favorite in Richmond and you don’t have to pay the 15% city meal tax.

Our go to is the chicken tikka and the butter chicken is out of this world!!!

Everything about this place screams quality and care. The Paneer Tikka was smoky, tender, and spiced to perfection. The Dal Makhani had that slow-cooked depth of flavor you only find in truly authentic kitchens. Even the simple Basmati rice was beautifully aromatic. The staff was attentive without being intrusive, and the ambiance made it feel like a cozy evening at home. Absolutely a must-visit for anyone craving real Indian comfort food.

What a great experience! Great food, great atmosphere, and very efficient and friendly service. We had the patta chat and paneer saag, with garlic naan. Everything was delicious! If you've never had patta chat (which we had not), it is such a great mix of textures and flavors (crispy fried spinach with chutney, tomatoes, pomegranate, sauces) wow!

We came in for lunch today. Everything was exceptionally delicious! And they had an exciting variety of new to us dishes that I am greatly looking forward to trying. The staff was friendly and efficient. The location is beautifully designed and elegantly decorated. Excellent experience, and I am extremely, happy they opened a location in our area!

Amazing food! Best place for Indian food in the area. Once I learned they were a sister restaurant to Anoka in Short Pump, I knew I had to try it. You won’t be disappointed!
