Shooters sports bar and grill

I’ve visited this establishment multiple times, and unfortunately every visit has involved poor customer service.
During my most recent visit, I attempted to order directly from the bartender and pay my tab immediately. She refused to serve me and sent another employee instead. A short time later, she personally brought my food to my table with what I perceived as a smug expression, which made me uncomfortable enough that I no longer wanted to eat it.
I asked another server if I could exchange the food for a drink since I had already paid, but my request was denied. Because I didn’t feel comfortable eating the food, I threw it away. After that, I was told to leave.
After several negative experiences, I don’t feel welcomed at this establishment. As a person of color, I couldn’t help but question whether my treatment was influenced by my race. I can’t speak to anyone’s intentions, but I know how I was treated, and I won’t be returning.

This is the worst most nasties wings in the whole city, they were gummy and stale. Ontop of that they charge $1 to sauce your wings....and cant even sauce them right. 33 dollars for 15 piece wings and 6 piece boneless..what a scam! Also they couldn't give me a itemized receipt to see what im being charged for...

Came in from New York and stopped here for a couple drinks with a family member. Bartender was very nice, and had great service! Dart boards and pool tables were a nice! I'll be coming back if I come into the area again!

Banging happy hour and great pool tables. Plenty to do while boozin and their wings are solid. Great crew of regulars. beers are cheap and delicious

Went here with some friends — their idea, not mine. Think: your typical sports bar, but with nothing particularly special or memorable, unless you count the tragic food.

It seemed run down, no Pole sticks available without tips on them. It smelled like smoke even though it turned out that they allow vaping in their restaurant which I know isn't cigarettes. But for those of us that don't smoke, it's still bother.

Service SUCKS! The one and only time we were able to get service and get food, the food was fine (not sure why they charge extra if you want buffalo sauce on your buffalo wings though). Service, or lack thereof, seems to be a common issue here. 2 reviews about horrible service just in the last couple days. Been here 3 times. Only got food once. Wasn't even acknowledged other times (including this evening). A restaurant SHOULD NOT have a sign up saying to seat yourself if servers are so busy hanging out with friends at/by the bar that they dont even notice if customers walk in the door. What's the acceptable time to sit and be ignored before giving up and going to a competitor for dinner??
