Shooters sports bar and grill

I don't usually complain, but this was probably the worst experience I have had with a restaurant. We waited 15 minutes to be greeted and someone take our order. That came out fairly quickly. We waited another 20 minutes before a waitress finally came to our table. She leaned on the table on her elbows and asked what we wanted. She never even said hello, gave us her name, just took the order. We waited another 30 minutes and the food finally came out. We were not given any water, silver ware or even napkins. By then our drinks were empty and she never asked if we wanted any more, or water, for that matter. When my friend ordered her food, she asked if she could get an order to go, and was told NO. So, she ordered two of the same meal and was allowed to get a take home box. My chicken tenders were burnt and definitely overcooked, but I ate them because I didn't want to have to wait on a re-cook. We waited another 15 minutes to get the check. After that I asked if I could speak to the manager. She said there was no manager there. Her attitude left much to be desired. When we went in there were only 3 other people there, so it wasn't like she was overly busy. I am very patient, and we didn't complain, but they were definitely lacking in service.

When you make crab cakes on the regular $20 for filler is insane. . . So disappointed

I am here one to two times per week. Service is usually great and food is just ok. On 11.7.24 i was practicing pool. When I went to order food the waitress said that she will be closing out soon so she can leave. A good 45 min later she brings me the tab as I was practicing. Not even 5 min later she came and said in front of 3 other people I'm closing out with a VERY SHARP TONE! A few min later I put my card in the holder and stuck it out so she can see it. She came back and repeated in a SHARP TONE I need to close out. I said can't you see my card. I match energy.....she claimed she never raised her voice and that several other people didn't hear what I heard. She became very argumentative. This is no way to talk to people that come 1 to 2 times a week or even rarely for that matter. Shame on you!!!

This place just opened and I would give them 5 stars. Staff was amazing. Not to crowded, would like to see more people here. We order steak quesadillas and they were definitely made with love ❤️. Also, we tried the naked garlic Parmesan wings..maybe the breaded ones are better =]

This is a great local restaurant/bar that has comfort food, good drinks & activities like shooting pool or throwing darts for entertainment
If you have food restrictions, they are very accommodating

Vegetarian options: You can find veggie options like a cheese quesadilla with mushrooms, jalapeño & grilled onions

Parking: Plenty of parking

My husband and I visited Shooters late last night (10-1am) and had a really good time! There was only 1 girl working the bar and waiting the tables but she was PHENOMENAL!!! Very friendly! Even though she was busy, she made sure to keep checking in.
We had wings (breaded lemon pepper and 2 sauces with naked) and fries and they were THE BEST wings we’ve ever tasted!! We don’t give give that compliment lightly.
The atmosphere was really chill. Pool tables, dart boards and music but not loud enough where we could still have a conversation without screaming. We’ll definitely be back!!

Server Kelly was amazing. Had a large group to celebrate a birthday. Kelly was spot on the entire visit. Wings were cooked perfect. Be back next Saturday!

Went in for lunch at 12:20. The bartender was just setting up and said the fryers would be about 15 min because they were just turned on. I ordered a loaded burger, which was advertised as having American, Swiss and Mozzarella cheese, covered in sauteed onions and peppers. I waited 30 min. I was one of 3 customers and the only one that ordered food at the time. While I waited, I listened to the couple at the end of the bar, the bartender and the girl at the other end of the bar (perspective new hire) talk about how drunk they got in there the night before. The bartender was very nice and thankfully, did not charge me for the awful burger that finally came out. Not sure what this place is like at night, but 100% wouldn't recommend it for lunch.

Stopped on the way to the Nascar race in Richmond.. kinda glad we did, cause the service was on point even though they had a jeep meeting going on. The staff still took the time to make us feel welcome.. and the garlic Buffalo sauce.. yummo
