Lovely staff but they seemed MISERABLE on thanksgiving. No wonder! Apparently they were open normal hours. There’s absolutely no reason for a Starbucks to be open until 9pm on a holiday. Who ever was in charge of that decision should be ashamed of themselves. Thank you to the staff I got to talk to. They really were amazing. Just wish they could’ve spent the day with family instead of at work.

Terrible Customer service! Stood at the register for almost 10 minutes with no acknowledgement whatsoever? Drinks are never made correctly, food always cold even when you insist on something double toasted.

This Starbucks is really good! The atmosphere is really good, and I usually go here to order a coffee, get some food, and draw. Big open area and plenty of seating. The staff is really friendly here, too.

I am a daily Starbucks visitor and I have been to many locations. This one is by far my Favorite. I pass two other locations on my way to work But choose to stop at this one because of the friendly staff and everyone seems to care about my coffee being correct(Because I’m picky about my coffee!)

The people there are very nice and they are usually pretty efficient; however, I have never had a custom drink made correctly which is really annoying when you pay extra to do so.
