The chai latte was mainly ice and a watery concoction. We wanted to sit on the patio but two homeless men and their paper bag luggage took up most of the room. We told the manager but they didn’t seem to care. Later one guy came in, obviously drugged up and sat down. This is the beginning of the end. I won’t go back here.

They don't make the orders correctly. If you change the order from the regular drink they just do the regular one anyway. Or just plain don't follow the changes. I'm not talking about crazy customizations. Just simple deviations they won't bother following.
This happens all the time. I know you can go say something but I'm just tired of going back to complain about stupid things like, my daughter asked for the chocolate drizzle, says it right there on the label...
