The line has gotten really slow. I cant stop here before work anymore and make it on time. I usually get a venti white chocolate mocha that never disappointed until recently the last 4 drinks I got tasted very nasty. All I could taste was the espresso. 7brew is right across the street but same problem. I cant get a coffee without being late to work. Once your in the line your locked in at starbucks. Like if its taking too long you cant pull off and change your mind you have to...
We came here for coffee this morning and met Stephanie. She was the one taking our order and my daughters order is a bit complicated but Stephanie gave us a load of options which we never knew were available. She was very knowledgeable and very sweet. We will definitely be back again.
Lovely staff but they seemed MISERABLE on thanksgiving. No wonder! Apparently they were open normal hours. There’s absolutely no reason for a Starbucks to be open until 9pm on a holiday. Who ever was in charge of that decision should be ashamed of themselves. Thank you to the staff I got to talk to. They really were amazing. Just wish they could’ve spent the day with family instead of at work.
