Good customer service, decent sitting area, clean area.
Two girls working the counter on a busy shopping day, and then they both disappeared. Only one comes back. The line starts stacking up, and this girl says NOTHING to her customers. No 'Be right with you' or, 'I'm really sorry for the wait'. She literally just fiddled around making coffees as slowly, and silently as she could. It took over 10 minutes for her to make 4 drinks. Chic was super rude! I'm not going back.
